[FARC] eBay and used radios

I don't have much experience with Ebay, but I understand that there are
"bid-bots" that you can use literally to "do your bidding" if you're
interested in an item on Ebay. As I understand it, you can set them to
monitor other bidding and incrementally up the bid until you reach the
maximum bid you're willing to make, and/or you can set them to jump in
at the last possible moment in the auction and make a "killer" bid of
the maximum you're willing to pay. Either way, it seems like they can
make it tough for a "live" bidder to compete.
