[FARC] Windows Vista FYI

Hi Kirk,

I'm avoiding Vista as best as I can.  We'll probably be due for a new
computer next fall and will probably need to go to Vista.  Hopefully
there will be a lot more bug fixes released by then.  One thing I
always do when I get a new computer is format the drive and reinstall
Windows :).
