[FARC] Winlink Node

Dick, I experimented with the Winlink 2K node and AIRMAIL software this
summer. Pretty neat, but it was out of service a good bit. Downtimes
seem to coincide with bad weather. Connection to WN3R-10 was a snap, but
getting messages uploaded or downloaded was the rub.

When it does work, it's just like E-mail. Joe (NE3R) informed me that
Winlink 2K is the preferred method for sending and receiving NTS traffic now
instead of the old Packet NTS bulletin board nodes.

There are still a few of us Packet die-hards out there though on 145.75.
Like using an old radio, I think the old 1200-baud Packet system is pretty
neat. In fact we're having a net and ragchew on 145.75, tonight (Saturday)
node FDK (enter TALK mode after connection) 9:00 P.M..
