[FARC] ARRL 10 Meter Contest - Dec 12, 13, & 14

This was my first contest, and I look forward to it every year.  I
know there are several list members that use 10 meters locally and I
encourage you to get on the air this weekend.  You never know how the
band will be, but I've never worked this contest and not made a DX
contact and I've always worked one or two different regions of the
country.

It is too bad they don't have the Novice CW incentive anymore, Novices
& Technicians were worth extra points on CW!
