[FARC] Jamboree on the Air October 20, & 21

JOTA is coming up.

I won't be able to man the club station for this event, but it is a
good opportunity to introduce young people to amateur radio.  Since
we'll have the club station on the air for SET earlier in the month,
we'll have a good handle on the status of the equipment.

If someone can be available to run the club station during the event,
we could make some net announcements etc and stir up some interest.
