[FARC] Has anyone noticed the FARC hamfest on APRS

OK, thanks.  I already sent the guy an email asking about the sort of 
magic involved in getting what looks like a static "marker" up there.  
There doesn't seem to be any "track" associated with it, from what I can 
tell, though I'll admit to knowing next to nothing about what-all you 
can do with APRS.  I thought you might know off the top of your head.
