[FARC] Welcome New Members

I see from last night's meeting that we have many new members and some 
returning past members.  Kudos to Joe Durnal (NE3R) for the mass mailing 
campaign which has worked very well.

I talked to several former members, from the days when FARC wasn't FARC, on 
the radio last night who received the mailing and have either signed up 
already or are planning to re-up.

Welcome new members, and way to go Joe!
