[FARC] Flat Rate Shipping on ARRL Book Orders, Etc.

I forgot to mention it at last night's meeting, but in case you weren't 
aware, the ARRL is offering $5.00 flat rate ground shipping on all 
orders placed during the next couple of months.  They're not discounting 
their books, but as you probably know, shipping costs can add up quickly 
even at the lower book/media rates.

There are a couple of books I'd like to order before the offer expires, 
and I'd be happy to add on to my order any books that FARC list members 
would like to get, to further minimize the shipping charge hit for all 
of us. 

Just let me know what you'd like to order, I'll confirm when I've placed 
the order, and we can settle up at a future meeting or other get-together. 

Also, please keep in mind that the FARC gets a bit of a "commission" on 
new and renewing ARRL memberships that are submitted via the Club (it's 
$15 for each new member and $2 for each renewing full (not associate) 
member). 

When you decide to join ARRL or it comes time to renew, please get your 
form to one of the FARC board members, and we'll submit it with the 
necessary paperwork to get proper credit back to FARC.  It's not as 
quick and easy as renewing on-line, but it does get a few more bucks 
into the Club coffers.
