Mike, 

Thank you for your excellent job of bringing this one together- it was truly
a great Field Day event and a fine accomplishment.  

The event was not only a lot of fun in which to participate as an operator
but it also had THE BEST FOOD, major public-service impact, great
educational benefits for the general public and oh yes, was lots and lots of
FUN!  

My compliments to you Mike and the entire Field Day committee.  You all did
a great job.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who has helped and joined us for FD 2007.

Special thanks to the Band Captains for tearing apart their shacks and
dragging them to the field, and
to the Frederic Club for the use of their tower and generator again this
year!

Jim did his usual grand job with the kitchen, and thanks for all his
efforts, and those of his helpers,
for their hours over the stove!

A lot of people, did a lot of work over the weekend to help us have, what I
thought, was a superb field day
operation. I'd like everyone who attended, helped, and provided for the big
day, to know that all their
efforts were noted, and appreciated!

I'll get the write up, scores, and summary out to the reflector, as soon as
my brain has had enough sleep to
to think about it with proper scrutiny. Also, continue to monitor
fieldday.madxra.org for pictures, news blurbs,
links of interest, and other follow-ups with regard to field day.

If you know people who were at the FD, or contributed, and do not have
access to this reflector, please pass this along!
