[FARC] Maryland & DC QSO Party - August 11 & 12

Joe,
After re-reading the first paragraph of your note, I saw that the MDC 
QSO Party doesn't get started until Noon(!) each day.  On that basis 
alone, the organizers gain several "civility" points, at least in my book. 

I can be out at the CAP by 10 AM to help with set-up/check-out on either 
or both days, if needed, no problem.
