This will be a great weekend to get on 10 meters.  At the bottom of
the sunspot cycle, the 10 meter band doesn't get very much attention,
but that doesn't mean that the band is always closed.

Remember, all licensed amateur radio operators can use single side
band phone from 28.300 MHz to 28.500 MHz, this includes technicians
who haven't passed the old code test.
