[FARC] 146.64 Repeater

I didn=92t notice it last weekend when we were using the repeater for =
the 5k
run/walk, but over the last couple of days I=92ve heard some sort of
interference on 146.64.  Given the signal strength, I=92m guessing what =
I am
herring is being transmitted by the repeater itself.
