[FARC] Hamfest ALL VOLUNTEER Appreciation Dinner

For anyone who isn't usually on the roads at that time, Friday traffic 
between 5:30-6:30 can be really nasty on US-15 and I-270/I-70, so plan 
your drive accordingly.
