FARC SCHOLARSHIP recipient this year is LISA HARTMAN, WE4BSA of Alexandria, VA.  Lisa is a 20-year old pre-vet health sciences student at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.  She holds a technician class Amateur Radio license and is a member of the Mount Vernon ARC.  

Lisa and 17 other Amateur radio operators applied for this years FARC $1,000.00 scholarship award.
