Good Evening Everyone,

Do you know any new ham operators, recent general class upgrades, anyone
working on their general, or even someone working on their first ticket?

The monthly meeting of the Frederick Amateur Radio Club on Monday, April 17,
2006 at 7:00 PM will include a presentation and discussion on QSL card and
related topics such as postage, the bureau, and electronic QSLs.

This will be a great opportunity to showcase one of Amateur Radio's
traditions of connecting people around the world as well as learn a bit
about the different methods of exchanging QSL cards.
