[FARC] FARC HAMFEST Meeting Reminder

Hamfest planning/coordination meeting this coming MONDAY evening at 7:00pm
at our regular meeting time and place at the animal welfare facilities on
Rosemont Avenue.

This is a reminder to everyone assisting with this year's hamfest. Our next
normally scheduled club meeting will be dedicated as our final planning
meeting for the Hamfest.

ALL hamfest committee members and volunteers are strongly encouraged to
be present at this meeting. We really need to review this year's changes.
If, for any reason, you will be unable to attend, please advise me ASAP
via direct email.
