[FARC] FS: Icom IC-730

Ernie,

 From the ebay description (I didn't get a picture on the supplied link) 
it sounds like an older, third-hand (or more) Icom HF-only rig that's 
been "mod'd" a bit by one of the previous owners.  I don't have any 
first-hand experience with that model.
