FYI.  

This year the annual Frederick Scout Camporee will *not* be held the same 
weekend as the National JOTA (Jamboree On The Air) Amateur Radio event.  This 
means the weekend they hold the Camporee (Oct 18) there will not be many/any 
other Scouts/Hams on the air with which to make contact.  

I look forward to participating next year when, we hope, the two events will 
coincide!
