[FARC] Frederick Amateur Radio Club Information

To all,

Here is an update on the discussion that took place at Tuesday's meeting =
regarding the proposed relocation. =20

The newly elected officers of the club were given permission by the =
members present (a large crowd -- thank you!!) to conduct due diligence =
and investigate/research some additional answers to questions brought up =
during the meeting.  This effort is intended to allow the officers to =
begin negotiations with CAP with the intent to change the location of =
the Frederick Amateur Radio Club meetings to the CAP offices over behind =
the MVA building off of I-70 at East Patrick St.

Contingent upon the success of the research and the negotiations the =
club voted to change the meeting nights to the 1st WEDNESDAY of the =
month at the same time of 7:00pm.

The February meeting of the Frederick Amateur Radio Club remains =
scheduled for TUESDAY February 11, 2003 at 7:00pm at the Animal Welfare =
offices on Rosemont Lane.

At the February meeting our new officers will provide a progress report =
on these items to the membership.

The Frederick Amateur Radio Club looks forward to seeing you all in =
February and in all future months as we move toward a rewarding and =
productive year.
