[FARC] dual bander for the shack

Greetings,

At yesterday's meeting we discussed purchasing a 2M/440 rig to replace =
the older 2M rig there now. It doesn't have PL capability and we should =
have 440 access also. I am investigating which radio might fit our =
requirements: dual band, 12V powered, brand name, easy to use, full =
power. A mobile type rig would be fine, and we should be able to get =
something basic for around $200 or so. If anyone has any =
recommendations, or knows of a used rig available, please let me know. I =
would like to have a proposal by next month's meeting. Thanks.
