How did you get 7719? 
8x10, plus 23x5 plus 1x4, plus 42, equals 241.
9 plus 21plus1 = 31.
241x31=7471.??  What have I done wrong?
 
My scoring was much easier, due to the smaller numbers:   :-)
7 clubs, 6 standards.  (7x10, plus 6)
8 MDC counties.
76x8 = 608   :-(
