To All:

Hello to all members of the Frederick Amateur Radio Club. My name is Steve =
Whitefield K3ERN (ex WA3OJX) and was a member of the club in the late 60's =
- early 70's. Note the call!!

I happened across the club's website when I was in Frederick this past week=
end. I am extremely glad to see the club is active!

I had some of my best experiences with this club! Escecially Field Day! It =
was traditionally a very caring club concerning the growth and support of A=
mateur Radio. Having worked in the radio industry (Co-op at Frederick Elect=
ronics, engineer at the R.L. Drake Company) for over 20 years, I owe a trem=
endous amount to the club's nurturing of young hams! 

I wish all of you well and keep the spirit of Amateur Radio alive!
