[FARC] Fwd: ARLX005 Amateur Flood Response, Relief Support Continues in Texas

All: I just opened this mail and thought I'd send it along to all those on 
the reflector.  It certainly shows how amateurs are/can be needed in 
emergency conditions; and it exemplifies the need for a "solid" HF station 
(or stations) to communicate when such a large area is inundated and 
"regular" communications are lost.
