First....check with the Florida Repeater Council to see if any D-Star
Repeaters have been coordinated on the frequency in question
(www.florida-repeaters.org). If there are none, then some DFing may be in
order to determine the source of the interference. If this is something
that is occurring with regularity (and it sounds like it is), I cannot
imagine ductung would be the only underlying cause.
If you need to get the FCC involved, the nearest Field Engineering Office is
in Tampa. I have several contacts there and will be happy to pass along
their contact information if needed.
