Without getting into any details, my RMS and FPAC complies with the FDLE
SecureNet guidelines and is part of the FDLE network mapping. All of the
RMS and FPAC nodes that I have visited in hardened facilities (EOC, SO,
PS) comply with this same policy. The RMS and FPAC software has been
reviewed by our internal network security specialist and has not shown
any means of threat to secure and non-secure networks and is monitored
by a watchdog.
I would suggest that this is a short time response to this question so
as not to have chains of emails on one subject. Please remove the three
pages of email below the responses.
Thank you,

Communications interoperability is the ability of public safety agencies
to talk across disciplines and jurisdictions via radio communications
systems, exchanging voice and/or data with one another on demand, in
real time, when needed, and as authorized.
