[FADCA] Snips from HamCation 2010

Greetings Charlie,

I saw your mention of cflpacket.net and, having not heard of it before, 
I tried to go there.  Unfortunately, the "The server cflpacket.net is 
taking too long to respond" according to my browser.  Is that the proper 
URL and/or is the server alive?

I'm interested in learning more about digital modes, packet in 
particular, and would like to see what's up!
