Yes I have one of those boxes somewhere, we used them to reboot the tncs and computers via radio when they messed up, it was a modified tnc with a soft relay pulling a 110v relay and you gave it a command and it would pull the relay open for 20-30secs and reset.



That was long ago, think its in a box somewhere with an outlet attached to it.


BTW guys I'm kinda spread thin lately so if anyone needs me for anything please email me directly (ke4pwe at arrl.net) or send me an request via facebook it will be the Philip Royce that has Amateur Radio in the interests, I am soloing raising my kids now so they have to come first before radio, hobbies, LIFE, ect.  I'll be actively back to the radio stuff after the dust settles and the kids are settled in their new schools this year and the hurricane season is over.  The GNV project still will get done hopefully just not much else.
