[FADCA] Restart device

Folks,
I remember when we used to have to reboot certain devices after a
certain amount of time, some of them would get rebooted during the
wee hours of the morning every morning, others would get rebooted
say once a week or month. I am trying to figure out what the device
was that was used for that sort of thing. I have some equipment that
needs to get powered down for about 30 seconds and then restarted
about once a week or the cameras stop sending images one by one.

Of course the real fix is for the manufacturer to fix the firmware but
that is in the rear of a deer as far as I can see.

So if anyone recalls what those things were I would like to know so
I can get one and put on these cameras.

I know that this is off thread but, I also recall that some of the BBS
and switch/node sites needed this device for whatever reason.
