[FADCA] FPAC expanding

Hi
 I keep spreading the word about Linux FPAC & RMS Gate.
Every FPAC node needs a Gate and Every Gate should have a node.

Recently I Elmered a Canadian HAM that was spending his winter here in FL.
Last week he went home to the Toronto area and promptly set up a RMS 
Gate and FPAC node.

The node is presently linked to only one of our Fla Nodes, but if tests 
continue to succeed we should see more VE nodes
and more links to our ever growing  network. The Costa Rica and 
Nicaragua sites continue to maintain a solid link into the Fla Network.
