Consider this the official announcement of Doug's resignation as 
President of FADCA.  Once I've received a receipt from at least half 
of the FADCA BOD I'll provide information required by the FADCA 
By-Laws for selection of a new President.

Subject: Resignation

Dear FADCA Board Members,

I herby resign from my position as President of FADCA.

The reason has nothing to do with FADCA but with family.
My parents 86 &  89 years young who live west of Seattle sixty
miles or so are at a point in life where they need assistance in
their everyday life.  After more than thirty years in South Florida
I will be moving back to assist.
