[FADCA] Outpost (fwd)

We have been experimenting with it here in South Central PA (FN10) and like the program allot.
It is current, still in development, and very easy to use.
Packet cant get much easier than Outpost!
However, there is not much activity here so I cant say that we have tested it under anything but very light traffic, using a KPC-3 at the local club site as a central mail drop box.
