[FADCA] Linux TelPac

I recently had to change my URL... I went from .net to .com w/o paying
any $$. I believe the problem stems from NOIP's policy that the user of
a Free address must check in at least once a year... it may be a shorter
time period. With a DSL connection you almost never have to check in and
update. With my dial-up I have to check in twice a day. Noip.com dropped
our business url, because we have a DSL connection and never had to
check in and update the address. With the payed subscription... you
don't have check in. They know it's still a good address cause you keep
paying the bill.
