[FADCA] Lake Placid Files

Hi Doug
    We noticed this when we were at the OKE site. Not sure how it got 
that way unless they reversed the ports when they put the switch back 
together.  it is on my list of things to fix.. We also were having a 
hard time connecting to Brownsville - is this all back normal..I just 
tried it and it seems to be working now..
