[FADCA] low power SBC's

Folks,
Take a look at these, looks like some of them can give us a nice low power
switch for about $150. They support lInux along with windows, indeed you
could not only have a switch in a box but also a 'winlink in a box' set up
so it can be used only as a winlink box for deployment in disaster situations.

These things are so low power that you could even contemplate running
them off of solar.
