[FADCA] D-Star Status Request

FRC is tossing it back to us. Remember that this was the reason we tried
not to have them confiscate the 440 freqs we had, we saw this coming but
that was to no avail. If James is in a area where there is no issue then either
FRC needs to do their job or since this is a digital device which does both
data and voice, we need to step in and do it, particularly since FRC is send-
ing them our way.
