[FADCA] D-Star Status Request

If I remember right the 440 frequencies were only taken back in the
Tampa and Miami areas - has this changed? And this was only certain
Frequencies. If this is the case and James is located in the panhandle
then this part is a non-issue.
The real concern is what type of operation is being requested:
If it is a repeater type operation that needs a pair of frequencies then
FRC should respond to a request for a repeater pair.. They have
coordination responsibility for repeater pairs no matter what the use..
If the request is for a direct link between two points then FADCA should
respond.. One exception to this is if the direct link is for a repeater
link which falls under FRC (if they ever got a handle on these!!)
Is Neil actually receiving coordination requests and responding to them?
