[FADCA] D-Star Status Request

I have filled out the form on that site twice before, I can't get anyone to respond. It seem funny that other states have worked out where to put D-Star Repeater. Once again i have contacted the FRC many times about this. Anyway i don't want to waste any ones time on this any more.

Co ordination docs are there... also info on who to send them to.
