[FADCA] Solution to FPACUSER pbm

I first fixed the problem by traping the Ctl-C and exiting when 
detected. It still bothered me why I had to use cmds in 
/home/fpacuser/.bash_profile.

The answer...
I was using a System UID (505) everyone else was using a
UID of > 1000. I edited /etc/passwd to assign a new UID and shell and 
changed the owner of the /home/fpacuser directory/files.

Now... I have to figure out how to get rid of the "No Mail" message.
