[FADCA] Add route

In your fpac.conf file at the bottom of the routing table there should
be at entry
that declares the route to France, I do not know which switch you are running
but there were only two routes to France one was through n4xeo and the other
via my switch kp4djt, now with bill gone mine is the only one handling interna-
tional links right now. I do not know which switch you are administering, but
you need to do similar to the one for france, if you can connect to say the node
at the following address:
NODE @ 2080,175502
from the console of your fpac switch then you just need to add another entry in
your fpac.conf file that aims connects going to 5050 to who ever is routing to
france, but that 5050 is going to route to Australia so anyone who wants to
get a connection going that way can do so.
