[FADCA] Add route

Folks,
Do not forget to add the 5050 DNIC to the switches, that will allow our users
to access the link to Australia. VK2TV has worked to get his FPAC site on
the internet and is now connected, presently he has a link going to my site,
if any of you want to coordinate and do a link direct to him feel free to cont-
act him on the fpac list, or you can just aim the 5050 DNIC at my switch
and be done with it.
