it is at my house in downtown Lakeland, 6 feet off the ground
and the port ZERO connections are people near by.
it is on 144.930.

You should be able to hear the Tampa switch on 440.975, indeed we can
use that freq to set up the RF link between Tampa and your end if there are
no problems.
Where is the switch presently? I see some activity on the 0 port so I assume
that it is hearing some activity somewhere.
