[FADCA] connecting help....

OK, Charles has it where I can connect to him through port 9, but when I try
to connect to anyone else, I get
a connection time out...

First, what is wrong with this line:
c w4min-8, 863494

but "GBB bbs" it self works ok.

anything else like c 9 w4min-9
I get Out of Order, link unavailable.

yet I have w4min-9 listed in links..
