	Folks due to the change of leadership in my organization (fire dept), my
day off on Friday has been cancelled. I had planned on being down in Orlando
early Friday afternoon (was planning on leaving Tallahassee around 9am) but
have been tasked this week with meetings and some reports that are due
Friday (which I have to present) to the folks at the Ivory Tower (City
Hall). So I've had to cancel my hotel reservations on Friday night.........
and will not be able to be with you gents. Bud you can proxy vote for me...
so make it good.

	I still hope to make it down there on Sat and will be monitoring that UHF
frequency so I can hook up with you guys.


	On another note, we had some logistical problems this past month but
hopefully this month the weather will cooperate and we will get the
permanent TelPac node installed. It will be at a good, quiet site and a
stones throw away from the State EOC. Hope to fill you in more on Sat.

	Again I apologize for not being there on Friday but I had no control over
this... new fire chief, new deputy chief etc. Being in IT, EVERYTHING IS A
CHALLENGE!
