Thanks for working out the details for the meetings bud. I'm still 
working 12 hour days and haven't had much time for anything else....
Oh did I say that I'm also working on the house at the same time 
still from Francis in 04 ??? !!!

The agenda for the membership meeting is simple.

1.  Elections (this is a must for our corporate charter) Anyone want 
to become a FADCA Officer or Director please let me know??

2. Read and review minutes from the directors meeting on Friday night 
(that everyone is welcome to come to).

3. Membership drive.

4. Open forum.

5. ?????  Does anyone have anything they would like to see added?

The FADCA by-laws are listed on the FADCA web site www.fadca.org .

Next to work on the agenda for the directors meeting.

Please remember to get your coordination paperwork in so Neil can 
update the database. I would like to ask that everyone just fill out 
the "NEW" coordination paperwork on the web site. Neil is going to 
start with a FRESH database so we know we have ALL the proper 
information in it. The current database will be used as a backup.

Also please consider joining FADCA if you aren't a member and if you 
are a member your dues are due for 2006.
Dues are $10.00 for a individual and $20.00 for a LAN.
