[FADCA] Latitude/Longitude for Oviedo

Hi,

I've had a few requests for Latitude and Longitude to enter into  satellite 
locator programs.
 
For the Oviedo area you can use:
 
Latitude: 28.33 N  and Longitude 81.23 W
 
Also
 Latitude 28 degrees 31 minutes North and Longitude 81 degrees 6  minutes West
 
Also 
Latitude 28.636957 North and Longitude 81.111.51 West
 
In some programs you may be required to enter a plus (+) sign or a minus  (-) 
sign.

For thes cases the Latitude is PLUS (+) and the Longitude is MINUS(-)
