[FADCA] Update for DeSoto

The Brownsville site (KN4YT-9) took a direct lightening strike Saturday 
night. The strike took out the generator, tower lights, hi band VHF 
commercial, the 147.075 repeater and the FPAC station. I just replaced the 
computer and it appears that the 441.025 Moxy (spelling?) has lost its 
receive. I'm not sure about the 9600 baud GE as I can not make the computer 
and TNC talk to each other. It might be several days before I know the full 
extent of all of the damage.

Now to see if the county has lightening insurance.
