[FADCA] 144.99 MHz

Well, I am not sure if I have figured this out or not but was looking at the
db, and I see that my freq assignment on 145.030 was deleted, but the
144.99 is still there. Indeed, I am wondering what happened to the coor-
dination document I did back after Neil took over the db at Bill's request.

Guess I am going to have to do a new one as it shows that my coordin-
ation on 145.03 was deleted.

The 144.99 was only used for a few months when some people were going
to try to do IP over the air, but it never flew.

I was thinking I did both the 145.03 freq and the 144.91 freq for the TPALAN
freq.  Did not check that one.
