I doubt the Wormhole group is on that frequency. However, 144.99 MHz
is being used in many parts of the country as an alternate input
frequency for APRS. Some folks have figured out you can run full
duplex is you uplink on 144.99 while receiving return packets on
144.39. It is something that is being discussed here in West Central
Florida and other areas where there is a concentration of APRS Weather
Stations.
