[FADCA] FPAC CD update

After a weekend of successes with small changes, I went for the BIG One.
I decided to remove the 2.6.9 kernel from the CD. It blew up in my face! 
However, in the debriefing I learned why I have been having such poor 
luck at adding a re-compiled kernel. The HD Install pgm is Hard
Coded to install only the two kernels supplied with the original CD.
That collections of scripts will have to be modified to match OUR system.

I believe we now have at least two viable kernels. Both are stable and 
both support the alternate routing of tfc. Anyone who reasonably 
familiar with Linux can install the ax25 packages and the packet services.

I have been contacted by several individuals outside of Fla and the US, 
who have expressed interest in the project. I am planning to release the 
next Beta version before the end of this month.
