[FADCA] Linux FPAC update

Russ - we have sufficient Linux guru help that a Linux-challenged ham (like 
myself) can do this.  All that is needed is an internet connection with 
access to the right ports.  The local sysop only needs an understanding of 
setting up TNCs/Radios to a computer - and a good Leg-up from one of the 
Linux-degreed gurus to get the initial Setup started.  (The effort required 
for that Leg up should continue being less and less effort as the Linux 
gurus ultimately master the next, and the next re-master CD (which is the 
Leg up.)

I've not made more than three or four changes in the Orlando Linux FPAC set 
up since putting it on the air Jan 25.
